Re: Charlie's sister... Yeah, I thought that too - 'not as svelte as Charlie'. Obi's litter sister is in the show ring too and is also not as slim as Charlie. Not even as slim as Obi, who is not as slim as Charlie. Puppies, eh?
Last Monday, when I took Charlie in for his vaccs, my vet told me to get 0.5kg off Charlie! Goodness knows what he would make of Elsie.... Re: Charlie's sister... Although I am not 'into' show dogs, I thought she looked very good and I do think you should have one of her puppies ;D
Re: Charlie's sister...
Is she from the same litter as Charlie, Julie?
She is. I wonder if you have the same thought as me - as it is was in my mind - would her pups suffer from cruciate problems? Which is an excellent point. None of the others in the litter have but only so far. Neither have the parents, or grand parents. But, for sure, it's something I won't forget in a hurry.
Re: Charlie's sister... Oh no, I'm sure it is uppermost, foremost and at the tippy top of your mind!!
Re: Charlie's sister... She looks very beautiful, and I'm sure her puppies will be gorgeous! Good to remember though that Charlie's training will have to take a back seat if there's a puppy in the house.. Timing will be key to a happy extended family, I think.
