My Zeke's head fur is much lighter than his body fur. I never noticed this on any other of our chocolates but did notice a few other chocolates lately with the same thing. Anyone know why? I have tried brushing it but it doesn't seem to be old fur that needs to be shed. Could it be lightened from the sun?
Sounds like a bit of bleaching from the sun. My choc has lighter fur just above his ears, he is just going through a moult and I expect darker fur will grow in
