Been making these for a while now and a firm favourite with Sam . You can sometimes get fish skins for next to nothing from a fish monger , wash them well in cold water, remove any spikey scales and then dry on kitchen paper . Once really dry , place on a baking tray with a tiny sprinkling of olive oil and put into a medium oven for just ten mins or so until they are crispy . Allow to cool and then literally snap them up into bite sized treats, keep in a container in a fridge for several days
Re: Crispy fish skins will try that tip kate.......going to do some more recall later, this morning every call he was back to me.....yet to try and call him from another dog....that should be fun
Re: Crispy fish skins can't begin to imagine the smell mind, perhaps I'll try that when i'm not trying to sell the house!
