Hello, I have a 12 week old puppy and wondering what her day should look like ideally for her to be happy. She seems to have a hard time settling down for naps and gets over excited often. Feeling overwhelmed by the constant energy.
It sounds like you might not be taking your puppy out to a stimulating and new place, daily, for socialisation purposes? This is really where pups tire themselves out - their minds more than their bodies.
