hi does anyone have a lab who destroys soft toys, by getting the stuffing out; and the stuffing going missing? Curious if lab nature, or if it is a problem for them to get stuffing? Thank you.
It's an all round 'dog' problem I think . I've had labs (and spaniels) that 'unstuff' any toy or bed they are given, others that only unstuff beds, or toys. And others that don't demolish anything once they are grown up. It seems to be the luck of the draw. Have you tried the 'unstuffed' range of toys?
Hi my old girl always prised the stuffing out of her soft toys, so eventually each time we brought a new toy we took the stuffing out ourselves and sewed toy up again as we were worried she would get it all stuck in her tum and need an opp to remove as we'd heard this can happen
My girl has unstuffed all the toys she's ever had but she's never swallowed it, she just casts the stuffing aside.
My pup managed to destroy the inside of his memory foam mattress, while leaving the outside completely intact. I was wondering why it was so lumpy and when I opened it... a million pieces of foam fell out. So not pulling out stuffing as such... I suppose I should be grateful that none of his toys have had to go to the toy hospital for surgery!
