Re: Do they look like pure breed?? Yep. They look pretty labby to me. More so than mine and she's definitley a pedigree. They're lovely looking dogs in any case.
Re: Do they look like pure breed?? Yes they look like Labs - but in any case they're beautiful dogs, so it doesn't really matter if you meet people who think they aren't! (My last dog was a pedigree Lab, Molly is a cross, love them both!)

Almost every week, I get emails or comments from people outside of the UK, usually India, or Pakistan, asking whether or not I think their labradors are purebred. Sometimes it seems that dogs may even be at risk of being rejected, if the owner does not get the response that they want. In addition, it is impossible to determine whether or not a dog is purebred by his appearance. For these reasons, I do not feel that it is fair to ask forum members to vote on whether dogs are purebred. No only can they not easily tell but they may also worry that their answers might threaten the safety or status of the dogs involved. We have therefore decided not to allow members to post polls asking others to vote on the breed purity of individual dogs
Re: Do they look like pure breed?? I previously also mentioned that those dogs are like my family now and i will never leave them, however your point is also justified and i respect your decision as there are people who may reject their dogs.

[/quote] You care more about your dogs than anything else but you are right - there are other people out there who don't think like that and who might start to reject their dogs if they thought they were not pure bred Thanks for being understanding about the issue What are your dogs' names? I love their colour.

Re: Do they look like pure breed?? Thank you all for such wonderful replies, as someone asked about their names, their names are Dexter and Walter. Both are lovely and full of energy, the basic difference between them is that Dexter is fat and also very active and always excited to go out while Walter is comparitively thin and superbly lazy and always want to be inside the home while one thing is very common between both of them i.e food, both are crazy for food. Also worth mentioning that Walter is very intelligent as he somehow figured out how to start and stop the air conditioner on his own and i was shocked when i first spotted him doin that as he was doing it just like i do. Planning this summer to take both of them for their very first summing lesson at nearby lake.

No Dexter and Walter are from different dogs even then they like each other more than me :'( and yes Walter behaves like a joker in fact he is the most hillarious element in our house, but also he is very intelligent as sometimes things which he does make me really very surprised.
