Lady loves it and will do it for ages. She lies on her side and pats me with her paw and if I pat her back she does it again. ;D I have to say that the game can degenerate fairly quickly though into "I'll have your hand in my mouth now". At which point I say "Well I'll have your back leg then!". This cause the tail to wag furiously usually followed by a bit of upside down leg kicking in the air. ;D ;D
Re: Does your dog like to play Patter Cake? Sam does a version of this too , him next to me on the sofa , a big paw will land on my lap , I touch it, he withdraws it and then repeat, over and over and over etc . love them
