Dog birthday cake

    Has anyone got any doggy birthday cake recipes, as it is coming up to puzzle's first birthday i thought i might treat her to a cake to celebrate it but i have not got any recipes for any.

    Sophie does a carrot cake one.
    if no one else has any offers I will let you know next time I am on my laptop. Too much of a challenge for my phone.
    although...carrots...will Barley turn his nose up? :D

    If its covered in cream cheese i doubt he will turn his nose up, or he will just lick the cream off and leave puzzle to eat that cake

    Peanut Butter Carrot Cake


    • [li]1 cup flour[/li]
      [li]1 tsp baking soda[/li]
      [li]1/4 cup peanut butter[/li]
      [li]1/4 cup vegetable oil[/li]
      [li]1 cup shredded carrots[/li]
      [li]1 tsp vanilla flavouring[/li]
      [li]1/3 cup honey[/li]
      [li]1 egg[/li]
    Mix flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 8" round cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30mins.
    Let cool
    Puree some cottage cheese a a blender for icing (or use cream cheese or primula squeezy cheese) and decorate with more peanut butter/carrots/gravy bones.

    Yes Gordon ;)
    She then shared it with her friends - Nelly and Suzie the boxers, and Marley the yellow lab from the farm

    Did they manage a chorus of Happy Birthday? But the $64 question, did they get a little doggie bag to take home with them??

    - polenta (top and bottom)
    - ground beef (raw)
    - zucchini and tomato
    - coconut flour
    - sour cream
    - flax, sesame, sunflower, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds
    - pedigree biscrok biscuits
