I'm afraid I won't be much help. My solution is to wear clothes the hair doesnt show up on. :-\. Two black labs so I wear dark colours. ::)

The good news is a winter moult doesn't usually last as long as a summer one.

I have one of each colour - so no chance of wearing the right clothes!

I have those lint roller thingies in the car for going to non-dog things - they work great :) I do my clothes after leaving the house, hehe!

I get a shower, put on all my underwear, stockings etc, and then my PJs. Get my bags shoes etc. ready to leave for work (still in PJs), take Charlie to the garden for his last wee (in my PJs), put him in his pen, then put my work suit on and leave the house without touching anything...

It mostly works, and I think I mainly appear dog slobber and hair free...

The rest of the time, I just don't care.

    Re: dog hair

SO much easier with a black lab.

Biggest problem I find is getting the dog hair out the washing machine after doing her bed and blankets. I make sure after drying it and de-hairing it I do AT LEAST one normal "dark" wash before I do anything light or white. I tried rinse ad spins and it doesn't help as much as I would like.
And some fabrics - like cheaper fleece - really attract the dog hair.

I am finding Labrador shedding a breeze compared with retriever shedding, no comparison really. But a sure fire way of getting dog hair off clothing is give them a whirl in the tumble dryer.

When putting their bedding in the washing machine I use a duvet cover I put the blankets and beds into it and loosely sew the top up. When they come out of the machine no hair in it it's all in the duvet then unsew the duvet and put it all in the tumble dryer, the filter holds onto the hair.

I am sooo lucky with this as Hattie is a Labradoodle so no dog hair and Charlie hardly sheds at all, not sure if that's because he is a Lab x Pointer so maybe Pointers don't shed as much :-\ x

At one time I used to wonder why people selling things on ebay were happy to announce "from smoke and PET free home".
Thought they were just being picky.

There's no escape from dog hair, so I turned it into a game. Whenever I go away I take a dog hair from my clothes and leave it behind. Over the last 30+ years I've left Labrador hairs on most continents, in government installations and miltary bases, laboratories, universities, mountain tops, in aircraft, shops, taxis, pubs, libraries, hotels ...

My colleagues expect it of me and ask, as we leave places, where I planted the hair.

It's a good game trying to find new places to plant dog hairs ;)
