My 8 month old lab is about 4-5 days into her first heat cycle. She has started biting me all the time. Its like having a 8 week old but with bigger stronger teeth. Is this normal?? I have never had a female dog before so this is all new to me. Any pointers appreciated!!

Hi, I have had 3 bitches and none of them really changed that much. This behaviour might not be related, just coincidence. 8 months is a tricky, demanding age.
