Our 4 month old girl has always left a trail of poo when she goes rather than a pile. She hunches to poo and as sections come out she keeps creeping forward. Sometimes in a straight line, sometimes zig zag, sometimes back around in a half circle... all while still hunched and pooping as she goes. And she’s usually hot her nose to the ground sniffing. Anybody else’s pup do this?

Fair enough too. One can't let that pile climb as high as an elephant's eye and touch one's behind.

My Lab in my avatar used to be always on the move. Would also wee just a little saving it for numerous other spots on the walk. She was determined to make her mark.

I've got two pile makers but my son's Lab has always done the walking poo. He's 10 yrs old now so I don't think there's any chance he's going to change! LOL

Chewie alternates. You know he is finished because he tries to get away from the poo as quickly as possible- like he doesn't know how that horrible, smelly thing got there!

LMBO Thanks for this! I laughed so hard I had coffee coming out of my nostrils:cwl: Not at you, but the comments in this thread.:tail: Our Dakota is a walking pooper as well. Not sure if there is anything you can do to change it.
