My lab keeps getting skin yeast infection, what causes this an how to maybe prevent some of it , it gets costly going to vet all time
Yeast infections can be a real pain. Does your dog have any other health issues? Has your vet recommended a shampoo or spray? Sometimes you can buy treatments with the same ingredients more cheaply off prescription, and your vet may be willing to help you with that if you have a chat with them
Some times they go with food allergies. It is something to talk to your vet about. Tilly has yeast and bacteria issues with her ears, which has been an on going battle. We have never been able to pin down a cause, but just treat as needed.
He does have other health issues thyroid an seizures, only answer I have ever gotten is it is a common thing for labs some more then others, but it's getting costly
