    Good evening all,

I thought i was winning the battle with Charlie s' sleep pattern...UNTIL LAST NIGHT!!! :( 1.30am Charlie decided to yelp the house down.

I got up to see to him thinking he wanted to go outside for his No'2's sadly no go. I sat with him for 10 minutes as i knew he was unsettled....
...then EUREKA, a light bulb moment ::) Charlie has been a summer Pup & has enjoyed night time temps of around 20 degrees, last night it went below 10 degrees!!! :D

He's not used to the cold ;D...his warm furry hot water bottle filled & yeeeeehaaa Charlie never woke again until 06.00am So hottle water bottle tonight & a nice fleece blanket
    for my little man 8)

We got Amy in march and it took me a few nights to realise she was cold. (don't tell, but I put the under floor heating on for a few weeks).

Last night, first time since spring, I had a couple of logs in the wood stove - Charlie claimed what is obviously going to be his winter spot, right in front of it...

I don't have my Aga on right now, although it's nearly time to think about waking it up for the winter.

It was on in May when Charlie was about 3 months. He sat with his bum resting on the door of the baking oven no matter how often I moved him, I couldn't understand why he didn't cook!

Aww...Bess looks so sweet. But how do they do it? That door Bess is leaning against is too hot to open without an oven glove!

How come you all have Agas or under-floor heating - I feel like a poor relation ;D
And also, where the heck has the spell checking thing appeared from

I want an aga, underfloor heating was already in when we got the house, its only in kitchen so we never use it. (apart from sneaking it on for a puppy) ;D

Bought the house, it came with an Aga - hooray! Refurbished kitchen round Aga (it was the only thing worth keeping). Didn't install any heating in the kitchen (we have an Aga right?). GOT THE GAS BILL! Aga - aggghhhhh.

Jac, Aga was here when we moved and I nearly had a seizure at the mere sight of it but after 20 years... ;D ;D No under floor heating though, we scrape the ice off the inside of our windows in the winter, good heating would be heaven   Helen x

Our aga came with the house as well; we spend a lot of time in the kitchen especially in winter as it is the warmest room in a rather cold house.
