My girlfriend and I just got a new 11 week old Chocolate Lab and we just want be be sure that we are feeding him to his puppy needs and getting him all he needs to grown big and strong. Anyone have good recommendations?
Hi @vincitygialam and welcome to the forum What food is your puppy currently on? Generally speaking, a puppy food specifically designed for large breed dogs is recommended. This is because the mineral content is important to ensure the correct growth rate for your puppy. Slow growth is far better for joint development than fast growth. A quality mid-priced puppy food designed for large breed dogs should be fine.
