Hi Philipp, brown spots yes; bit clingy yes; not holding her poo, no. I'd call your vet, if I were you, as soon as possible. That could be an infection / stomach upset.
I would agree - can get diarrhoea/looseness with infection and brown spots rather than fresh red could be womb infection. Having a chat with your vet would be a good idea. Hope she is fine and we are being overcautious, but better safe than sorry
