It's now 15 days since Holly was spayed so we thought it was time for a walk. We took her to the woods for a lead walk on easy paths. It was great to see her trotting along the paths with her nose to the ground being a labrador! She even managed to find a little bit of fox poo (bless her!). It was only half an hour, but she really enjoyed it.

Re: First walk post op Thats lovely , I too was careful with Millie after her spay , far too easy for them to do internal damage and end up back at the Vets , she is now about 7 weeks post spay and has been scampering around happily off lead for about 4, glad that Holly enjoyed herself , all a dim and distant memory now

Re: First walk post op She was so fast with the poo. She took a few steps and threw herself into it and rolled. It was so fast I didn't have time to tug the lead.
