Fred's not well

Poor Fred has hurt his shoulder. I was walking him and playing with him on our walk last night. He ran for his ball, picked it up and turned to come back to me and stopped and sat down. I called him, but he didn't move. When I got to him, he could not put his foot to the floor. I had to phone my OM who came with his car to take us home. Today the vet examined him and said she thought it was his shoulder and he has got to rest. We have to go back on Friday. I know he is not well and feeling sorry for himself because he has not moved off his bed today.

 

Poor Fred. Has the vet given you any painkillers for him?

 

Yes to be taken in the morning.

 

Poor Fred. Hope it mends itself with rest and he is feeling better soon.

 

Hope he'll start to feel better once he's had some of his meds.

 

He's only 13mths, so I hope he will be well soon. I have never seen him so quiet. I slept with him of the living room floor last him, because he just didn't want to move. He just cuddled up to me.

 

Oh poor boy.....hope the painkillers kick in soon

Well he had a better night last night and so did I. Fred has eaten today. So hopefully things will start to get better. He is very soft and wants to be with me all the time. So I am not getting much done. Thank you all for your good wishes.
