Hi just Surrey some advice, Ben at times can be quite a puller! Especially whether we go somewhere new abs audio in the way to the par, i find it really difficult trying to correct him and having my little boy with us makes it more difficult. I go to a beginners dog training class, I have to say he is ding so well bless him ;D The trainer recommended one of these Gencon collars, ii just wondered if anyone else uses one of these? Thank you for all your help and advice
Re: Gencon collar Yes. I was recommended the Gencon collar for a puller. I have found it very effective. It doesn't look like much, just a figure of 8 loop but it certainly does the job. I recently put my pup on an ordinary collar, my how she pulled. I have walked Molly who is now 7 months with my Grandson, who is not used to dogs and managed to control them both.
Re: Gencon collar I don't use it now but found it to be the best and least intrusive of other halter type collars, my dog never resisted wearing it and was happy to do so.
