Re: Guide dog attacks, how you can help That's so terrible... Poor Norman, I Hope he recovers OK - and that his owner gets over the shock, too.
Re: Guide dog attacks, how you can help The guide dog site obviously allocated me to an Mp based on postcode and I ended up sending a letter to the mid beds MP as I'm literally living on the boundary rather than Bedford. I know this when I got an automated response from Nadine Dorries office. I'm sure she's got other things on her mind right now so I'm not holding out much hope of action there....
Re: Guide dog attacks, how you can help Poor Norman, it is horrific that a placid working dog gets attacked. Have just submitted my form to my local MP.
Re: Guide dog attacks, how you can help What I didnt understand from the article is - did someone's dog just get into a fight with this poor guide dog? Bad enough if so, if the owner didnt stop it. Or - much, much worse - was it a deliberate attack???
Re: Guide dog attacks, how you can help I had an email back asking for my full address. Then a paper letter saying: "Thank you for your recent email regarding attacks on guide dogs. I can confirm that I have contacted Hertfordshire Constabulary regarding your concerns, and I will contact you again once I receive a reply." Its David Gauke MP Hertfordshire South West
