Hattie was at the groomers today to be clipped, when I collected her Sarah said she found a medium sized lump. It's located on the right handside at the end of her rib cage.

I know dogs get lumps, especially older dogs, Hattie is 10 years old.

I am worried sick and in tears. ;(;( x

Sorry Hattie has a lump. Hopefully nothing, like you say they do get them.
Unfortunately sounds like a trip to the Vet, and sure the it will be nothing.
Never easy I know. Thinking of you and big hugs and of course a big lick for Hattie from Vanilla

Sorry this has happened but it's good that you've found it while it's small. I had lots if doggie lumps on my dogs its hard but there are lots if things it can be and not all of them are bad.your vet will find out what it is. Whatever happens we're here for you. Try to get some sleep and give Hatti a big hug from me.

Keeping my fingers crossed for you & Hattie. Both Belle & Scooby had old dog lumps, nothing sinister but worrisome none the less.

I'm sorry you're so worried, Helen. Hopefully the vet will do a needle aspiration and set your mind at ease that it's just a fatty deposit. Brogan had several and they never hurt anything...just made him bumpier.

Hoping all goes well tomorrow.

Fingers crossed it's just a fatty lump or a cyst and nothing serious.

Sending lots of love. Sorry you're so worried, must be very stressful :(

Remember that most lumps are nothing.

We had Obi to the vet last week because we found a lump on his head. It turned out to be a harmless little cyst, kind of like an over-ambitious pimple. Nothing to worry about.

Hope all is fine in Hattie’s case too.

Sorry to hear, understandable why you are so upset. I’m hoping that it’s just a fatty lump and nothing serious. Will be thinking of you and watching for an update.

So sorry to hear. I hope it’s harmless. I’ve seen lots of dogs and humans with lipomas - harmless fatty lumps. Best of luck and thinking of you both.
