Hello from Lucy and me

I just got my 42 days old black lab. I wanted to get a lab for more than 15 years and it happened only now. I shall post a pic of my Lucy later. )

Your dog is 42 days old - that's 6 weeks. Sorry to say but that's too young for him/her to have left his mother.

I know you haven't asked for any advice, but the policy of the forum is not to give any advice on raising puppies that are younger than 7 weeks old.

I was meaning to wait until 2 months. I've been reading the website for quite some time now to know that its too early, but I had no choice, since her mother is no more.
