Hi, my dog cut the side of her paw a few days ago. This morning it looked like it was finally starting to seal back up but after her walk it’s either not started to heal at all or she’s knocked it back open when her boot came off. I’d like to avoid the vets if possible because she won’t them handle her and last time she had a cut they ended up sedating.
Hi @Ronnie I realise you're reluctant but I would take her to the vet. It has been my experience that paws are very difficult to heal properly without help from a vet.
