My lab has two interdigital cysts. I have been soaking his paws in warm water and epsons salts and applying polysporin. Is there anything else that I should be doing to help him? Other than constant licking, it doesn't seem to bother him.

    Hi
Just checking that’s what the vet says they are.

Yes, he has had them before. Trying to stay away from antibiotics if I can.

I asked because my old lab had a benign tumour between his toes. He had it removed along with the toe and had no further problems.
Sounds like you are doing the right things. Any chance you can stop him licking with a collar maybe?
I saw your other post today. So glad he is doing well. It’s difficult having a young dog with a life threatening illness. I am going through it myself.

Sorry you're going through a rough time with your dog. I would not risk having him put under for an operation. It's too risky. Will definitely keep an eye on it daily. Thanks.
