Molly has had skin sensitivity since she was a pup. She was prescribed 3 courses of steroid by the time she was 4 months old. :(

In an effort to control it without resorting to constant steroids which I really didn't want for her, I've used salmon oil and coconut oil, following suggestions from members here.
This has worked very well until this summer (Molly was 2 in April) - which has been exceptional here (South West UK) - with very high pollen count and grass seed a-bounding. The vet's original diagnosis was grass sensitivity or allergy.

My question is, does anyone have any further suggestions that may help before we head back to the vet for more steroids?

We have taken an allergy medicine Benydryl to help with seasonal allergies for our chocolate. Check with vet, might help. Also had a couple bee stings on his snout and Benydryl helped with swelling.

The fish oil we give regularly too for both old dog and for an itchy cat. Good stuff!
