Lady just hates this heat and has been trying all positions to find a cool spot. This is favourite at the moment.

Re: It's too hot, dad! It's so difficult for them - Charlie has found a spot on the concrete (I know it sounds odd, but it's really very nice Victorian polished stuff) in the hall. OH has invented a mini drop ball game that is possible to play in the hall. (But as I was typing this, it turned into a mad bum run over excited lab puppy who is now having 5 minutes time out....)
Re: It's too hot, dad! When Amy starts her crazy run a round thing we say "right get outside" and she will go out and carry on. Not sure what we will do when weather changes! Its one of those commands we didnt teach on purpose. It just happened.
Re: It's too hot, dad! It is so much cooler today - Charlie is going mad, running round like a mad thing. Must have been saving up a week's worth of puppy mad energy while it was so hot! Off to the common as soon as the household sorts itself out for the morning.....with plenty of tennis and bounce balls...

Lovely photo David of a lovely Lady Sam has completely flattened a part of my border in the garden, its under a wall and gets no sun so he will lay there for hours in the cool shade , good job I dont care too much for the crocosmia that thankfully seem to survive his annual flattening :
