    OK.
    Thought that was it.
I am not a vet (as you know) but I wouldn't worry too much. I would wonder if it is a small cyst.
Small cysts are quite common in humans "in the midline" as they are often developmental and the face and rest of the body kind of develops from the backbone forward, so its like the body grows around from the 2 sides then joins at the front. Because the face in particular is quite complicated, there is lots of opportunity for the join not to be quite smooth and for small gaps and cysts to form.
I could equally be the result of a bit of trauma - chewing on something hard.
As with all these things though, if it gets larger, gets red, looks like its causing pain (or if you would otherwise worry yourself sick!) .....go ask your vet!!
    xx

I agree with Jacqui - just keep an eye (or see the vet if you are too worried :) ). If it does not change, I would not worry. It doesn't look too alarming to me.

I have to say that Jasper's teeth look great - very clean and also lovely and straight :) Must have been a bit of a job to get that photo though ;D It's a great idea to do all those check-ups weekly too :D

i am not going to worry about it until i get back tuesday, i have already worried mark,

Try not to worry Lynne, it doesnt look infected or raw at all , Labs can be a bit lumpy, but if you are worrying ( which I know you will be ) pop him to the Vet for peace of mind x

You could try taking it to the post office or bank. We got a £20 note that riley ripped up replaced. It might make a difference that it's a euro but it's worth a go!!! :D
