We picked up our puppy on Saturday. She is so much fun! She is an 8 week old chocolate lab. At the vets yesterday she weighed in at 16.8 pounds! Which i guess is 7.6 kg. She is getting the hang of potty training. THough her favorite place to have accidents is on the rug under the kitchen table. She's been waking up at midnight, 3am, 6am. I hope to lose that 3am wake up soon! that one is pretty rough on me. I think she knows her name now. I havent done any real training yet. She can be nippy, but it depends on her mood. We are working on that. She loves the kids and they wear her out which is nice! She loves running around the yard and checking everything out. She goes for her shots on the 17th. She had a set of shots at the breeder at 6 weeks old.

Re: Juno is here! Welcome Juno! We brought our pup home at the weekend, too! Yours is a little sweetie, although much bigger than my wee girl (5.1kg). I thought she was a chunk to carry around at that! I hope you have lots of fun with her. They're so adorable at this age, aren't they? I do have to say, I'm grateful for all the sleeps they take during the day, too, or I'd never get any work done!
Re: Juno is here! Oh my Juno is one cute pup! It seems a long time ago mine was a pup and she isn't quite 6 months old yet! Enjoy it, even the nippy bit!
Re: Juno is here! She is big! She is a show-bred lab though, so think stockier frame and blocky head. Her father went to the Westminster dog show! She doesn't eat as fast as my old lab though. He was like a vacuum cleaner. Juno likes to graze.
