It has taken almost half a year but...Aspen will go kennel if we say "Go kennel!" now without a fuss! We used to have to Hansel & Gretel him into his crate, which means we would leave a trail of kibble leading into his crate for him to follow. He is becoming smarter and smarter everyday! I'm so proud!
Good boy Aspen! I discovered the ham trick with Maisy, just get a slice of ham out of the fridge, say 'go to bed' and off she goes upstairs, waits in her crate expectantly until the ham arrives. It used to be a nightmare getting her in, kibble would not do it. Well done you.
