We brought home an 8 week old yellow lab and when I went to get puppy food I screwed up and bought Golden Retriever instead of Labrador, same brand just different breed. He's been fine eating and no diarrhea,, but I was wondering what the difference is and if I need to change it? Thanks, Dan P
Hi Dan, welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your new puppy I'm not an expert in this area, but it seems to me that Labs and Goldens are so similar that I don't know how separate foods for each breed would differ, besides the picture on the front of the bag. I'm happy to be corrected by one of our more experienced members, but if he's eating it and his tummy is settled, I'd use up the bag!
