So recently our lab finished her heat almost two weeks ago. A few days ago she wouldn't eat her food. We have had to wet her dry food down before this. So we tried a new food and she ate it fine the first two meals. Now she won't eat it unless we wet it down and this morning she didn't finish it all but ate most of it. To me her stomach area around her nipples is swollen and if I try to touch that area she doesn't like it. Is this anything to be worried about? My only thought is pyometra and it has us worried. Only thing is we haven't seen any discharge. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I would speak to your vet it could be a phantom pregnancy or pyometra it's always safest to check as a female can have an infection with no discharge. Hope she's ok

Forgot to mention that she eats her treats just fine and acts normal as well.
