Took Scout to the vets the other day - vet said his worms will be gone in a couple more days (THANK GOODNESS!!!) She also said he's a little underweight - probably because of the worms, so we've increased his foods. We have started "letting" him outside to go to the bathroom and only using the set-up spot in the garage on the night's that hubby is gone to work. He's doing pretty well with potty training - we watch his signs that he needs to go out and usually catch him before he has an accident. Our other dog, Lucy, seems to be adjusting enough to him, especially now that he gets to go outside with her. She associates him with our dear Gunner - and the play time they used to have together. She tries to be gentle and long-suffering with Scout when he chews on her tail. She is getting lots of praise and treats too for being such a good "big sister" to her annoying little brother lol He'll be starting puppy classes on Tuesday, just to get him used to other dogs of all shapes and sizes and temperaments. And hopefully soon we can get him into some training classes. Of course...I *HAD* to dress him today in his new shirt and collar with his new toy....lol here are some pictures of our little fuzzball...
Re: Laugh It Up Fuzzball - AKA Scout! I should whisper a confession here... I've never seen Star Wars. Still think your pup is gorgeous though Clare
Re: Laugh It Up Fuzzball - AKA Scout! Haha- no worries Clare! I haven't seen the movie ALL the way through...it's my hubby's thing. He and his best friend are big into the Star Wars franchise lol I just go along with it for his sake! LOL Shhhh!!! And thanks - I love the little pup - can't wait for him to get bigger though and house trained and obedience trained lol I'm impatient....

Re: Laugh It Up Fuzzball - AKA Scout! Yeah - it does go fast. Just like with our little girl...she'll be 2 in May...I'm glad her and Scout will get to grow up together. I think that will make them pretty close friends!
Re: Laugh It Up Fuzzball - AKA Scout! Aww he is sweet. I am more of a Star Wars fan than a Dr Who fan I admit. He would even be gorgeous with a green football/soccer top on too though
Re: Laugh It Up Fuzzball - AKA Scout! Hubby and I are HUGE Oregon Ducks fans and their team colors are green and yellow lol He'll be sporting those colors in the fall I'm sure!
Re: Laugh It Up Fuzzball - AKA Scout! Atta boy, Scout, go get that Darth Vader!! The Force is with him, for sure!!
Re: Laugh It Up Fuzzball - AKA Scout! I didn't even look to see if Petco had a toy sabre lol I should have!
