lead walking going from strength to strength

    logans pal jayden walking jasper on the lead, i have trained jasper daily to stop the pulling, whoooo we are getting there, a 6 year old taking jasper for a walk, rather than jasper taking us for a walk, :) they had jasper in knots :) he just loves being with the kids

    It's a long road to get to the no-pulling stage of walking isn't it? (my trouble is I don't know how far along the road we are ;) )

    it is the first time this boy as held a lead, i am so blessed that my boy is so happy to be with kids

    a long long road, ;D ;D jasper is 19 month , he is a family pet, all i want out of him, :)
    is good behaviour check :)
    good with children, check :)
    happy check :)
    loveable , check :)
    adorable check :)
    faithful check :)
    loyal check :)
    all in all he as got the perfect check list, ;D
    very very happy boy x

    A long road perhaps, but it was you who taught him to walk it.

    thank you molly it was, he was pulling me like a train, he still pulls going out on his walk, one step at a time :)
    i will get there with him , every month is a better month :)

    they had a lovely time, jayden is now hounding his mum for a dog :)

    angela dexter would know if the children was holding the lead, he would be so gentle :)
    jasper knows the difference form mark who is a big guy to me an now when the children holds the lead, i expect him to be gentle :)

    Ah Lynne,I love your optimism!he is brilliant with the kids and to be honest he does just amble along with them,but he just couldn't be trusted not to take off if he saw another dog he wanted to sniff or if a cat popped out over a wall ::) we are getting better but it would be a while yet before I can stop hovering!
