Last week end I entered the KC good citizen award gold assessment. It was our second attempt as the first time was a disaster. This time Mabel was a star and we both passed with flying colours. Apart from the heel work in the high street walking passed distractions all the other exercises were off lead. Some of the exercises included food manners, walking off lead passed other dogs, stop at a distance and two minutes stay with 30 seconds out of sight.

    Congratulations and well done!
I know for a fact that neither of my two would pass.

Wow!!!! That is brilliant. We’ve done Bronze. I do not see Silver or Gold in our future! :D

You still have her puppy pic in your profile pic - that’s who I envision as getting Gold!

That’s great, congratulations! That 30 seconds out -of-sight during the stay feels like about 5 hours doesn’t it  well done you and Mabel!

VERY good, congratualtions. Your good neighbour tests are much more difficult than ours, in Canada. We don't even have different levels.
