Hello from Australia, meet my little man Max! He's 9 weeks old and black and has the most beautiful nature. He's my very first puppy after having an older dog my whole childhood. He's got a whole farm to run around on and his favourite place to be is curled up on my feet. He's very clever and has learned to sit and shake hands. He loves the water and loves paddling in his water bowl. He's very playful but bites HARD, which i'm working on at the moment and have just bought him teething toys so he doesn't take it out on my hands I hope this link works with all my photos http://s1368.photobucket.com/user/tahliaandmax/slideshow/ Nice to meet everyone
Re: Meet Max Hello beautiful boy! And you, too, of course, Tahlia! He sounds like a very lucky boy with all that space to run around. I look forward to hearing more of your story as he grows up. Willow is now 12 weeks old and is learning bite inhibition but still bites hard when over-excited and/or over-tired. I'm keeping in mind the wise words of those with older puppies who say that it passes with time. I'm certainly not wishing time away, but I'm looking forward to that little phase being over Welcome!
Re: Meet Max Aw, he's so cute!! Welcome to the forum from me and Obi. We are in Australia too (Canberra).
Re: Meet Max It is lovely to meet everyone and their dogs!! Fiona- I am also looking forward to when Max grows out of his biting, although he is learning so quickly to bite more softly and is very gentle with kids. Every time I say "ouch" he looks up at me with his sad "I'm sorry" puppy dog eyes.
