Nero is here! We posted in the introductions post, and I got him home yesterday! Got a couple of pictures, and more will come! He has been a truly blessing so far! He was sleeping in my lap most of the 2 hour drive home, and after some playing he slept almost the whole night! Only interupted by an 5AM wee. He love to cuddle and he is starting to go into his crate all by himself. Currently i'm half way through Pippa's new book and i'm loving it. So easy to read and the content is superb! I'll write more and get more pictures later, Nero is trying to do some gardening work in my living room, so I have to keep an eye on him ;D 8) He is 8 weeks and are a working lab!

Re: Meet Nero! Thank you all! Yes, he loves to bite the threads in that rug. All his poops has been outdoor so far, hehe. The tennisball is not regular size, but he is small. This morning after a wee he was 4.8kg / 11lbs. He was the smallest of the dogs but i'm sure he will pack on some size
Re: Meet Nero! Welcome to Nero ! He looks a whole heap of fun. We also have an 8 week old working lab called Meg, so I guess they will be having the same adventures. I too have just got a copy of Total Recall !! Its a great read, Thanks Pippa for inspiring a generation of returning Labs !! Have you sorted your Insurance yet? I am still dithering, Emma and Meg.
Re: Meet Nero! Nero looks lovely and good luck with the rug! I have Albert, 9 weeks old and I had to take up a similar rug as the threads were just too tempting! Pippa's books are an excellent source of advice I have found. Here's to weeks/months of happy puppyhood! I look forward to sharing similar escapades with you. Jan

Re: Meet Nero! Hello Nero, what a beautiful pup! We have a similar rug, and it looks rather sorry now with its nibbled edges. Total Recall is a brilliant book, easy to read, and has helpful logical steps and exercises to practice. It has helped immensely, especially being myself being very inexperienced with dogs, highly recommend it
