Hello, I am Gemma and live in Kent, my husband and I picked up our very first choccie lab puppy yesterday called Isla. She is 11 weeks old today, we would have picked her up at 8 weeks but we moved house so she stayed with her breeder for a few weeks while we settled in. She's an absolutely poppet, and currently sleeping quietly in her crate. I'm going to have lots of questions I'm sure! We have books and have both owned dogs before albeit when we where children, but there is nothing like gaining advise from experienced owners I've found This is her when we went to see her at 6 weeks old
Hi Gemma, and welcome to you and Isla. What a beautiful pup! Look forward to seeing more pic of her as she grows

Beautiful pup! Welcome from me and my two, Willow and Shadow. The puppy times are precious and go so fast. Takes loads of picture - and share them on here, of course!
Welcome to the form Gemma and Isla from Fred, Annie and me. Fred is a 21 months old Lab and Annie is 12 weeks old, both black Labs. Isla is beautiful. Look forward to hearing more about her.
Hi Gemma and Isla from me and soon to be 8 months old Dexter, we also in Kent Isla is gorgeous, they grow so fast, enjoy.
Thanks for the welcome. She's being really good. Crate training is going really well helped by the fact she was kept in a puppy pen at her breeders I think. Potty training is going pretty well too given she had no concept at all. she even asked to go outside earlier she has just been given her first bath
She was a bit unsure, but I think we gave her a good first experience, she did play in the water for a little bit
