Haha, dunno about prawns, I think we only have sardines at home. Sardines are good though! Still a meal for champions and Faerie Kings. Obi is getting roast chicken as his treats during the day.

Think we have another race soon but not sure if Obi is running in this one. We have six dogs in our team and we rotate them according to the need to rest or the need to run out fastest combination.

Oh the squid are great ;D (we call that veggie Bok Choy).

    Sardines are good. :)

Is that a new black harness, or a racing harness?

Well spotted!!!! A cocktail stick pattern is emerging.

    Same old blue harness :)

I videoed our last race (that Obi sat out) and am now chewing through my data limit uploading it to YouTube. Anything for you guys.

But we're up again in our next race now and Obi is in!

    Definitely a cocktail stick theme...

Oh, I see, there is a black handle on his blue harness. You must use that at the start line. I have a couple of those handles - Charlie is really weird with them. If I leave them on his harness, he tries to run away from them flapping on him. But he can't, obviously, but he doesn't stop running. ::)

    Look forward to the vid!

    LOVED the vid! Brill!

Night, night here, but very good luck for the rest of it. Hope to wake up to more champ performances from Obi!

    'night, Julie! :)

We didn't win that race but all the dogs tried really hard and had fun.

Peanut is a RSPCA rescue dog so she is helping out at the RSPCA stand in between races. Humphrey is a rescue LabX from the local Labrador Rescue organisation. Both now living happy lives and loving their Flyball! :)

    Great video Rachael! Go Team!!

I've been studying the George and Rosie diorama. The "unicorn" does indeed have 4 legs and one horn, the reflection off the foil throws you. But it's all very free form and mysterious, hinting at deeper meanings to be discovered. Could this be a subtle satire of the 50 Shades of Grey phenomena? Mr.Potato Head DOES look like he has black eyes, after all, and yet he smiles?

Perhaps you should seek out George and Rosie, Rachel. We need answers.

I guess I could abandon the Flyball and stake out the Potatoes in the hope of intercepting George and Rosie...?

Yes! Rachael! I've had another thought! That "3 year old" thing is obviously a fabrication, the work is too complex for that. "George and Rosie", therefore, must be a pseudonym for some famous, avant garde artiste who is making a sly social statement ....wait!! BANKSY!!! Gotta be! It's just his style to infiltrate a NATIONAL event and put out one of his (rare, 3D) works out for all to see! Think of it! Tell ask Obi to get the Lambies on it.....there's millions of dollars at stake here! You could retire and do flyball all day long if you want!!!

We won our second last race and are waiting for our final go in the ring for the weekend. We think we might be in with a chance for second place in our Division, but we will probably have to win our last race. Hold onto your seats!!

We won our last race but I don't know if that's enough for second place. We didn't do as well yesterday as we did today. Now it's rest time while the results are tallied!

Still waiting :) Some Divisions are having runoffs for placings. I don't think we'll have to race again but it will take a while till we know the results. All the equipment has to be packed up after the runoffs and only then will the placings be made known.

Ahh...well I might be in bed before you find out. Well you must be pleased at the results whether or not you get second. Sounds like they did well, regardless! :)

We are really pleased :) All the dogs ran well, we went faster than we thought we would, and all dogs finished the second day looking good (still running well, not overly tired).

    The prizes:

Sounds like a great fun way to spend the weekend. Does Obi get a rest tomorrow. Milly hopes so. She said she is tired just watching lol.
