Morning all! A question about ‘natural’ treatments for dogs, particularly for worms/fleas. Whilst I’m very happy to use traditional treatment up until 12 weeks for my puppy, we live on an organic farm and I’m keen not to use chemicals thereafter, once she’s walking on the farm. Does anyone have experience of natural worm/flea treatments?
A friend mentioned she uses Billy No Mates recently for ticks and fleas. You could also do Wormcount and only treat if worms are present.
Thank you. I’ve now been in touch with a herbal vet who recommends both Verm-X (& egg counts) and Billy no Mates, though I’ll treat my puppy traditionally for now.
