hi My 2 month old puppy overactive in night time and barking, bitting and etc. how to stop this behaviour ? and puppy doesnot allow to sleep us ? help me
Hi and welcome to the forum Your puppy is only 8 weeks old. They are unable at that age to go through the night without needing a wee. 8 weeks is the minimum age that they should leave their mothers, so I am presuming you have only just adopted your pup, and naturally will be missing it's mother and siblings, another reason for being restless overnight. What routine and living arrangements do you have for your pup? Are you using a crate? Some members have their pups with them in the bedroom in a crate in the early days, gradually moving to a downstairs room when they are more settled, but still getting up once or twice in the night for a potty break.
