hello all, we are from south east England. I have had labs in recent years with partners but this is my first lab by myself; and Baloo is an Assistance Dog. We have a cat also so we have introduced them and they are deeply in love from very early on luckily. We would love to meet other labs in south east as I don’t know anyone in my area, so please message if your in that area; as I don’t my address on here for obvious reasons. Look forward to chatting with you gus and thank you for all the useful information on the forum I’ve came across so far.
Hello , and welcome to the forum , from me and Nelly .Lovely to read that Baloo and your cat get along so well !
Welcome to you from Mags, Tatze and Keir from Manchester UK Tatze is my pet dog, a black Lab and she's four years old. Tatze means 'paw' in German. Keir is my fifth Guide Dog puppy, a yellow Golden Retriever/Flatcoat cross and he's six months old.
Hello to you and Baloo! While I'm currently in the sad state of Lablessness, I'm on the hunt for a dog (puppy) to be my buddy and eventual Assistance Dog. I'm really looking forward to hearing more about your Baloo and how you work together.
Hi and welcome from me and 4 year old girl, Harley from Bristol. Are you training Baloo or does he go to a training school?
He is an assistance dog where I get a support worker for him to help us with any training relevant to my needs, so we get one to one training at home.
That’s fine as long as I won’t be jumped on rudely because I won’t share any like some forums then I’m happy to say each time asked.
Welcome from Harley Quinn and myself. Harley is a 14 and a half month old yellow lab and she is going to be part of my practice in the capacity of comfort / emotional support dog. Also educational. With regards to the photos, I think you will find this forum to be very mature and flexible. Choices like whether you share photos or not are respected without a blink of an eye. I am sure you will enjoy being here. I look forward to hearing more about Baloo and yourself.
