Molly's new food says to feed 5-6% of their ideal body weight now rather than basing it on expected adult weight. But labrador puppies seem to vary so much in weight I'm not sure there is an ideal. Should I just go on the weight she is now? She was weighed last week at 14 weeks and was 11kg. I'll introduce the new food gradually but wondering what I should be aiming for. It also says feed 4 times a day until 6 months (I'd just gone down to 3!).

Hi Cherry - food is confusing.
What are you using? They may have more of a guide if you check on line - some manufacturers do.

I think we were on 3 feeds for quite earlier - breeder reduced it before we took Lilly home at 11 weeks.
We stuck with the three until 6 months or so before reducing I think.
The problem is if you give too much at one sitting you may end up with pretty loose stool.

Often you just got to give it a go and try.

It's nutrimeat, frozen prepared raw food. Makes sense to split the meals I suppose, hope she likes it!
