    Hi all

Currently have a fox red female Labrador from working lines, well trained as a pet and companion not trained to work. She is 2.5 years old and gets along with fellow labs and golden retrievers great.

I have a female black Labrador coming home at the end of the month and would appreciate some advice and personal experiences on how to introduce the puppy to the household. Space in the house and garden is not an issue as both are large.

    Regards

    Jon

Hi and welcome from me and fox red girl, Harley (nearly 3)
Whenever I have fostered other dogs I have had them meet in the park around the corner from my house then all walked back home together. I've always had dogs between 1-3 years old though, not puts. I would definately have a place where your girl can have a rest from pup if they get a bit much.
Look forward to seeing lots of photos :)

Already have the neighbours garden as a meeting place, and will be buying the new pup her own bed, toys etc
