I just recently got an almost 9 week old lab pup. His stool has been on the loose side and recently turned into diarrhea. I asked the people I got him from how long he’s been on his food and if this soft stool is the norm for him. They said the pups liked to eat the grass which acts as a natural dewormer and has been on this food for 3 weeks. He’s had his first set of shots and first dewormer. Not sure if I should be completely concerned as this is such a huge change for him and he could be stressed out. He doesn’t seem sick and is acting fine and eating/drinking fine. Not sure if this is all normal or if I should be really concerned?
