Has anyone introduced a second male puppy to an older male dog?

Yes, a Newfoundland and a Malamute. They were the bestest friends, sweethearts together, both intact.

My first really didn't like my second male. The second male loved the first. My second male wasn't keen on the third; the third loved the second. The forth and fifth males are ok with everyone, but since the first male is no longer with us, the second one feels as though he's Mr Boss Man and squares up to the other boys when reunited.
I must say that now with a pack of dogs (5 labs, 4 spaniels and a.n. other (5 intact males, 5 bitches)) that they all get on really well and have never had any fall outs, but just need watching from time to time with the occasional testosterone surge of a younger male.
Bear in mind that some dogs really do dislike puppies, but if managed carefully will be fine when they get a bit older.
