Just out on the main website, a nice post from Kate O'Brien at SlimDoggy on Summer activities for you and your Labrador
Re: NEW: Summer Activities For Your Labrador That's an interesting article, thanks. I've never thought of geocaching, but it sounds like a great way of varying our walking areas.
Re: NEW: Summer Activities For Your Labrador It is! I haven't done any for yonks but am up to 387 finds although I think I forgot to log my last one (so 388 ) Geocaching
Re: NEW: Summer Activities For Your Labrador isn't it bizarre how things come up? I'd never heard of geocaching but my partner has been noticing the telegraph pole next door gets a lot of visits and thinks it's a geocache spot - he had to tell me what that meant... (not got around to investigating it yet)

(not got around to investigating it yet) [/quote] Ha, Ha - a neighbour along the road from me said something similar about lots of people stopping at his adjacent sand and gravel bin ;D I enlightened him. He was quite excited!
Re: NEW: Summer Activities For Your Labrador The other day I found a little box hidden at the foot of a style well off the beaten track. I thought that will make a nice treat box ;D I opened it up and there were a few little bits of ' shiny things' and a long list of names and then another piece of paper at the bottom with the faintiest of words, 'geocache' so then I realised what it was and put it back.
