This will be her third day now. Her foot was almost healed until we went to the beach on Sunday. She went crazy for just over an hour when I got her back I checked and her paw was all open again as was the left one this time. Vet said try and keep her calm and short walks on grass only and if she chews at them she will give her a cone. I'm too nervous to take her anywhere, so rightly or wrongly of me Scout is house bound. I'm trying to get her booked in for a swimming lesson today but as luck would have their computers are down and I have to call back in an hour or so. Her pads are all dry now and seem to be healing quickly and thank god she has stopped limping. I think she understands~or is that just wishful thinking?

*Oh and there will be plenty of photos if I can get her to the pool today ;)

Poor girl. Hope she enjoys the swimming and that the pads are on the mend soon.

    Hope she has fun :)

I think she would say that the fun she had on Sunday was worth it!

Trishad3397 - can i ask, as you're in the NE, which pool are you taking her to? My pup loves water but the large pond near us is a bit dirty so want to find an alternative option for her water fix.

Thanks, might give it a go. Good test to see how she is in the car going through the Tyne Tunnel too.
