Our dog club had its annual awards ceremony today and to my surprise Obi and I won something. We apparently managed to get the highest cumulative points score in club obedience competitions over the course of the year. Here is Obi with his trophy and ribbon. We have to give the trophy back after Christmas, but it has our name on it This is not for 'competition level' obedience trialling, it's just the club's competitions for passing from one level of class to the next. I can assure you that lots and lots of other people won prizes today that are way, way out of my league. But we were pretty darn thrilled to get an award. I think Obi looks pretty happy about it too

Re: Obi got a prize. Thanks, everyone I was pretty shocked when I saw the trophy ;D Obedience is finished for the year, though we will still train on our own. There will still be a bit of group Flyball training, as well a social get togethers at a river on Sundays in summer
