Well you know that I think I got Otis sorted now, with his wees, in that he is being treated for cystitis. So hopefuly the antibiotics will work and it will sort it. But thats not the problem, its poo ! He was doing three regular poos outside, no problem, but today he did six and three indoors ! He has the same amount of food, although the last poo, he scoffed because I couldnt get to it in time. Its not in any one place either. He is nine months now, Im really worried, its only been this last week that he has been indoors, I was hopeing it was a temporary thing, well I suppose its just more trips to the garden ? ! xx

Penicillins are notorious for causing upset tums in humans - both nausea and loose stool.
They knock out the good bacteria as well as the bad. Might be worth trying some natural pro-biotic yoghurt - perhaps a tablespoon - with his meals, but to be honest, it probably won't resolve until the antibiotics are finished.
    I wouldn't worry but it is a nuisance :(
Just need to be on the alert.

I agree - most likely the antibiotics. I'd go with the yoghurt idea too - a naturally set, unsweetened one.

Not fun for either of you though!!!

Charlie is very well house trained, but last week with a dreadful, dreadful, upset tum he had a few accidents overnight. Back to normal now though. Take him out lots and lots, get through the meds then see where you are? It might be that his problems have stopped you making progress on his housetraining, and you still might have to sort it. But at least you wouldn't be hampered by medical problems once they are sorted.

Pro-kolin worked wonders on Charlie in terms of helping with runny poo, even through a course of anti-bioctics.

Hi, thanks everyone, no his poo is solid, just more frequent. I will take him out more frequently and wait until the antibiotics are over , then reasses, see where we are then, thanks for all your help ! xx

Ah Maggie what a nuisance for you,you will get it sorted though I think once the medication if finished, just take him out a bit more frequently whilst he is like this and like Julie said, reassess when the meds are finished. X
