Our lab is 12 weeks today. Can we give her more room in her crate now?

She can just turn around in the crate. She seems cramped to me. When she lays down her tail and toes poke out. I just feel like the width of the crate seems claustrophobic. She has only messed in there when she got sick the one night (we gave her a dog treat that didn't agree with her). Id like to move the divider now. Thoughts?

I would. As soon as they can't turn around easily I did. :) I gave him free roam of the whole crate at about 14 weeks

    I would agree.
Sounds like she knows her bed is not for soiling.

    I used the whole 24" x 36" x 30" crate and I left the door open.

We've had Enzo sleeping in his XL crate from 9 weeks, with a cardboard box at the back with bedding in, he's never messed in it.

I was a bit concerned at first so put incontinece pad at the front incase but it was never used.
