If only for an hour or so while we tracked down her owners. Found wandering outside our house this morning a very sweet girl called Milly who had pups last March.... She made herself at home pretty quickly
Re: Our new spaniel
Looks like a very chilled out cocker! Why did I end up with a crazy one?! ;D
She did about 50 laps of the house when she came in then her batteries ran out for about 2 minutes before she was ready to go again. Clearly loved and looked after she understood about going to bed but all she really wanted to do was sit on my feet aawwwwwww spaniel cuddles So yep definitely ranks as a chilled out cocker ;D ;D ;D Long tail so unlikely to be a working girl but not too chunky or too much coat so working lines probably. Very sweet little dog. I was slightly worried we were about to have some Cockadors as Riley was obsessed with her back end but I kept an eye on them or separated them and she told him off a couple of times for being too pushy :
Re: Our new spaniel I am so disappointed to discover that she was only a temporary resident... But wasn't she a lovely size next to Riley? See, you could fit a cocker spaniel into your life without your house feeling crowded. : : Clare

Re: Our new spaniel Tomorrow does look good but sadly work will expect me to make some sort of contribution other than cooing over spaniels (which is MUCH more fun )
